Cards bought with the vault budget stay in the community vault under HOLD until holders vote to sell. When a sale settles above what the vault paid, eligible holders can claim a share of that realized profit.

Trading fees fund the collection. Approved split: 50% of every creator fee buys cards for the vault, 50% keeps the vault running. Starts with the token launch.
