How the machine works
POKÉDEX turns trading into a Pokémon collection. The token trades on Pump.fun paired with CARDS. Creator fees buy real graded cards on Collector Crypt. Every card lands in a public vault that holders govern: which pack to open, and whether to hold or sell.
Where the fees go
Every creator fee the vault receives is split in two.
The budget that opens packs and buys cards. Everything it buys belongs to the community collection and is only ever moved by a community vote.
What it costs to run the vault: the market data and API services it depends on, recorded openings, hosting, monitoring and the people keeping it alive. Operations never touch the community vault.
The split applies only to creator fees actually received. It is not a cut of trading volume, not a cut of other protocol fees, and it is never taken from a card sale or from holder Profit Share. Those follow their own rules below.
Swap, network and marketplace fees are execution costs of a purchase. They come out of the purchase itself and are shown on every card's cost basis.
Status: 50/50 is the approved rule and switches on with the token launch. Until then no fee has been received and nothing has been allocated.
Openings
Packs are bought on Collector Crypt's Pokémon Gacha with the vault's USDC. Every purchase is a Solana transaction anyone can verify. Nothing is auto-sold: every card pulled, commons included, enters the vault. If the Gacha is unavailable, the vault can buy graded cards on the Collector Crypt marketplace instead.
Reference valuation
The vault total is a reference, not a sale price. Cards use Collector Crypt insured values when available. USDC counts at face value and CARDS at a cached quote. Cards without a sourced value show as Valuation pending.
Profit Share
When the community votes to sell a card and the sale settles above what the vault paid, eligible holders can claim a share of that realized profit. Eligibility: hold at least 0.10% of supply, time-weighted over the period (TWAB), and activate your wallet with a signature before the cutoff. Weight is linear, so splitting wallets changes nothing. Claims are opt-in. Reserved claims are never spent on packs. No buyback, no burn, no extra token.
Community vault
Cards bought with vault budget are the community collection. POKÉDEX holders, not CARDS holders, vote on packs and on HOLD versus SELL. HOLD is the default. A SELL vote fixes a minimum net price and a destination before anything is listed. Net sale proceeds return 100% to the vault and the fee split never applies to them. This is a community-governed vault operated by POKÉDEX: not legal co-ownership, not on-chain custody by holders.
