Every house lot in Kanto is one NFT — and no new lot will ever be made. Whoever holds the NFT owns that house in the game: the showcase, the decoration, the name on the street sign. Lots are bought only by burning $POKEDEX. Small and medium houses have a fixed burn price; large houses and mansions go to auction, and the winner burns the winning bid.
